Designing a state of inner calm
Ataraxia represents a state of deep emotional balance, and our goal was to translate precisely that feeling into space. Not through words, but through form, materiality, light, and atmosphere.
From the first steps inside, the clinic guides the visitor toward calmness. Every curve, every surface, every transition is shaped to soften the senses and create a moment of pause.
A space shaped by psychology and emotion
Before drawing the first line, we explored how spatial perception influences the nervous system How light, temperature, tactility and visual order can lead the mind toward tranquility.
This became the foundation of the design: a space that heals not only through treatments, but through its presence.

Nothing is decorative for the sake of aesthetics. Every material choice carries a functional and emotional role:
Antibacterial, joint-free flooring ensures a seamless, hygienic surface while visually expanding the space and enhancing the feeling of cleanliness.
Water-based breathable paint allows the walls to “exhale,” keeping the rooms fresh and healthy throughout long treatment hours.
Custom ventilation calibration aligns airflow with the rhythm of the procedures, ensuring comfort without disrupting the sense of stillness.
Soft, diffused lighting delivered through Barisol membranes eliminates harsh shadows and creates a gentle, enveloping glow.
Acoustic treatment discreetly integrated into walls and ceilings preserves the calm of each room, essential for a clinic built around emotional well-being.

The interior unfolds through layers of tactile neutrals, sculpted volumes, and natural finishes.
Curved partitions, fluted glass, and floating shelves create an effortless circulation that prevents visual noise and reinforces the clinic’s foundation of serenity.
Green marble steps, bronze details, and warm woods add depth and material honesty, grounding the space with a refined, timeless identity.

For us, design is not only about beauty—it is about how a space makes you feel.
At Ataraxia, every decision was guided by that philosophy.
The result is a clinic where architecture becomes part of the healing process: immersive, quiet, and intentional.
A sanctuary where calm is not instructed; it is experienced.
