This project represents the philosophy of Arredim: creating spaces where aesthetics, functionality, and a sense of warmth coexist harmoniously.
With an area of 130 m², the apartment is conceived to reflect a contemporary style but also to maintain the feeling of a “real home”—comfortable, elegant, and full of life.
The living area, conceived as the heart of the home, combines natural materials and characterful design elements. The Daino Reale marble on the fireplace brings a sense of understated luxury and aesthetically connects the entire space, while the French Chevron parquet adds rhythm and visual warmth to every step.
The lighting, curated in detail, creates a soft and intimate atmosphere that changes depending on the time of day and the situation, emphasizing the textures and colors of the interior.
The furniture and materials have been carefully selected to maintain a balance between refinement and comfort. Neutral colors, combined with bronze tones and wooden elements, create a timeless environment in style and are easily customizable by the residents.
The spaces are designed for maximum fluidity, with the kitchen, dining room, and living room naturally communicating with each other while maintaining the identity of each area.
Every element—from the marble-topped table to the organic shapes of the furniture and the sculptural lighting—comes together to create a complete visual and functional experience.
