This duplex consists of three bedrooms and a living room, all designed with a contemporary minimalist style, combining natural textures, neutral tones, and artistic lighting.
The color palette is based on shades of gray, beige, and natural wood, which bring a sense of warmth and visual tranquility.

In the living room, space is utilized to the fullest to create a relaxing and social environment, always maintaining a balance between aesthetic design and functionality.
